I need help with the following procedure:



Aortic Valve Resection & replacement using a 23mm Medtronic Mosaic porcine heart valve with cardiopulmonary bypass; Anular enlargement using a Hemashield Dacron patch; Placement of temporary Atrial & Ventricular pacing wires; Septal Myomectomy; and Placement of mediastinal chest tubes.



DX: Aortic Valvular Insufficiency with Idiopathic Hypertrophic Subaortic Stenosis.
