I have a patient that we did an exploratory lapartomy with lysis of adhesions and right distal salpingectomy. My office administrator believes that the provider did code the procedure correctly. We only coded 58740 with diagnoses 239.5 tubo/ovarian lesion/mass and 614.6 pelvic adhesions. Can anyone help me to tell me if we are missing any CPT code and/or ICD-9?
