WHAT IS THE PROPER CODING (2012) FOR " ABDOMNAL ANGIOGRAPHY, WTH SELECTIVE BILATERAL RENAL ANGIOGRAPHY?

75625 - Abdominal Angiography.

75630 - with Bilateral iliofemoral run-off

If the cath was selectively placed in each Renal artery then it would be: 75724

Non-selective Renals for Medicare patients: G0275

in 2011 the way to code this was 75724+36245 +36245
but dont forget the renal codes have changed for 2012.

36252 for bilateral renal selective cath placement.
 
75625/75630

If he only documents findings in the abd aorta, use 75625, if he also documents iliacs/femorals, then use the 75630.
