Please help!!!!!! I need someone to explain how to code additional skin tags (cpt) i failed my last test and i know had a problem with this. Someone please help me!
 
Bill 11200 one time for the first (up to and including) 15 skin tags removed and use the add on code 11201 for each additional (up to and including) 10 removed.
1 skin tag removed would be 11200
14 skin tags removed would be 11200
16 skin tags removed would be 11200, 11201
26 skin tags removed would be 11200, 11201 x 2
