How would you code history of carcinoma in situ? The V10.3 is only classifiable to 174-175 range and the V10.90 is personal history of UNSPECIFIED malignant neoplasm.
The V10.89 shows that it's classifiable to ranges 170-173 and 190-195. (?????)
