Can I code prophylactic hydration given the day after chemo with z51.11? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Some of our chemo regimens recommend hydration next day but unsure what icd10 to use to cover this for Medicare. There are very few acceptable codes for hydration under cms guidelines.
