Wiki Coding ICD-10 009.89 and 030.03 for mono-di twins

If the provider documents that the patient is at high risk due to mono-di twins, do you need to code both ICD-10 009.89 supervision of other high risk pregnancy and 030.03, twin pregnancy, mono/di? Doesn't the mono-di, make the pregnancy high risk and no need to include other high risk?
