I am confused about pairing ICD-10 codes with orthotics, xray or procedure requiring LT or RT modifiers. Are we allow to dx for example right Achilles Tendinitis with both LT and RT orthotic or should I code separate Achilles Tendinitis right foot M76.61 for L3000 RT and M76.62 for L3000 LT? The same question about xray. Can we code Rt xray with left foot pain for example???
