I have a question on the D12. adenomas. When we are coding a colonoscopy and have multiple polyps that are adenoma in various spots like Transverse Colon, Ascending and Sigmoid that were snared.Do we use each of these under that CPT 45385 with D12.2, D12.3, and D12.5 . This is the way I have been doing since Oct 1st, but can't seem to find info if that is correct. CSCODER:confused:
