Does anyone have any information regarding billing 77301 IMRT with 77290. The code 77290 is billed a day or more before 77301. Medicare seems to say you cannot bill 77290 when it is part of IMRT planning. Transmittals since 2002 to present

Can anyone explain if you can code 77290 as above and still be compliant on the hospital bill...
