Does anyone know where I can get good coding information for Gastro docs (Colonoscopy, EGD, etc.)? Thanks..

What sort of information are looking for a good start would be looking at the LCDs and NCDs (Local and National Coverage Determinations) on the CMS website. This will give you information as to what dx codes support medical necessity.

i suggest using the advanced search by cpt code otherwise it could take all day
