Patient diagnosed with 345.41 Localization-related focal epilepsy and epileptic syndromes with complex partial seizures; with intractable epilepsy, which was due to previous traumatic brain injury with depressed skull fracture.
Shouldn't the TBI also be added to the diagnosis as the epilepsy is a late effect of the TBI?
