Coding lymph node mets

When a breast cancer patient has continuing treatment with tamoxifen it is still coded as an active cancer. If the patient had secondary cancer of lymph nodes but is now NED however they are on tamoxifen, are both the breast cancer and secondary cancer of lymph nodes both coded as active cancers or do we drop the coding for lymph nodes since there is no evidence of disease in that area?
