I have a pt that fell over her own feet, in 3rd trimester, and landed on her abdomin. She is fine and so is baby. How would this be coded?

Start with a code from the "0" section for the pregnancy, and you need another code for the trimester.
Then go to "Fall" and see if you can find something like "tripped".
