Can anyone help with which codes would be billed with Arthrocentesis, 20610 if the physician did injections of 1cc 1% lidocaine, 1cc marcaine and 2cc DepoMedrol into bilateral knees.

You would code it with the drug DepoMedrol which is same as Methylprednisolone acetate on your Hcpcs book; however, make sure the unit of measurement as to how many grams the 2cc is equivalent. Based on the amount in mg you will have J1020, J1030 or J1040. The other two drugs are used for local anesthesia which means they are bundled with the procedure.Since the procedure is performed bilaterally, you might need to list the CPT code twice instead of adding modifier 50 according to 2020 modifier 50 update. Make sure with your payer.
