My Deliveries are getting denied from Mercy Care for the Global OB. I have gotten denied on 59400 and on 59510. Hopefully someone can help me on what Mercy Care needs?

I've never even heard of Mercy Care, but if you have a question about their global maternity billing policy, the best answer would come directly from Mercy Care.
There are carriers that want the maternity billing split, even if your practice provided all services.
I would also want to confirm that the patient had the same insurance coverage through the entire pregnancy, which can lead to split billing even for carriers that do accept global maternity billing.
