Patient is S/P SCT, and is diagnosed with mixed haplo cord chimerism. I have googled and checked everywhere I can think to check in ICD-10 and cannot find any guidance regarding coding this condition. T86.5 is generic-complications from stem cell transplant. Q99.0 is a congenital code for chimerism, but specifies chimera 46, XX/46, XY. Has anyone found anything pertaining to this code that would be helpful?
