HI guys,

I am new to this group. I need some help with the following:

20553 59
J1030
76942

I am not sure of the order and modifiers. These procedures are all done in one visit.

Order the codes is not important. You don't need the -59 on 20553. With 20553 three separate muscles need to be injected, and all three of these need to be documented. If you don't have three muscles being injected, you don't have 20553. For the depo, was 40mg injected in total or in each injection site? The answer for that will change your units.

So I also do not need a modiifier on the unltrasound?? 76942.
