Hi, Our Family Practice Physician (first time) will be administering Morphine 15mg to a patient for an in-office procedure. Looking in the HCPCS it states to use J2270 for upto 10 mg, J2271 for 100mg or J2275 per 10mg. I would use the J2275 twice but it is not preservative-free. Please help.
