Please can anyone help me code this sceniaro. One of the doctors I work with did a thryoidectomy during the procedure a nerve was cut. He did a repair on this nerve. Does anyone have any ideas on how I should code this? Your advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
 
Nerve repair

Thanks for your response. But in the future if this was not the physicians mistake what code would you use. I have looked at the nerve repair codes there is not one listed for the neck region. Just trying to learn what the appropriate code would be.
