Hi all, I'm wondering if someone can help me with coding an implant including in a spinal neurostimulator procedure? I have all the charges entered except for an implant called an "octapular plug". What code should I use for that? The payer is Blue Cross. Thank you in advance :)
 
I have never billed for one of these but you might try contacting Medtronics. I hear they are great at answering these types of questions and that is who I would call. Sorry I couldn't help.
