I work for a Interventional Pain Dr. who has given me a claim to bill out and it wants the injection 20526 billed out with Untrasound guidance. i looke in the CPT book and was unable to determine if I can bill the untrasound guidance with the injection. Please advise if possible is this a billable service with the injection if so what code do I need and should I use a modifier?
