Patient came in with serious breathing problems. Doctor gave them 8 liters of oxygen per min for 30 min.... How do I code this???

Also, same visit the doctor gave an E/M code of 99215, and stated that he also spent proglonged time with patient for monitoring an additional 90 min. I coded that as follows:
99215-25
99354
99355

Is that right? Please help.
Thank you!:o

Be careful, the prolonged service codes 99354 and 99356 can't be appended unless the time was actually spent with patient FACE-TO-FACE. Can't count the time doctor steps away to attend to other matters, so unless the actual start and stop times of physician being present with patient amounts to 90 minutes the general blanket statement "I spent 90 minutes with patient" is really not adequate. Documentation once again is THE key!
