Hi,
I'm new to ASC coding and am not sure what gets billed by the surgery center. What does the surgery center bill and what does the physician bill for a dual chamber pacemaker. Would you code CPT 33208 and C7539 for the surgery center and for the physician just CPT code 33208 or just bill the HCPCS code C7539 for the ASC center and CPT code 33208 for the physician.
