I have to make policies for our coding/ revenue management department. its a new department and don't want to reinvent the wheel? Anyone out there have any polices on coding or revenue management dealing with charges they would like to share?
 
This is a tough challenge as it depends on the nature of your business, software used, and scope of practice. Many large hospital systems publish templates out there for use. Try doing a basic Google search for Clinical Coding Policies and Procedures. Best of luck.
