Hi all,
We're trying to establish our productivity and staffing standards for our Coding Unit. Does anyone have any reference material or real-life experience to share?
How do you determine staffing levels? What kind of productivity and accuracy standards do you hold your coders to? How are these monitored?
We would greatly appreciate your input.
