I'm trying to determine the correct codes for PRP of the Facet Joint. I think the codes should be 36514, Plasma Pheresis, and 20610, Aspiration of Major Joint. My manager thinks there should be a code more specific to the Facet Joint. Any suggestions would be welcome.
