Coding question - closure of open abdomen

patient is one week s/p aortic valve replacement with complication of venous vascular injury during surgery - different surgeon is now returning to operating room to close open abdomen with patch hernioplasty using a 10 x 16 cm thick Strattice patch - what code and is there a need for modifier?
 
report 15430, then 15431 per additional 100sq cm. also put in consideration fasciocutaneous flaps, and additional necrotic skin/subcu/muscle debridement(11005)
 
Same specialty?

If the different surgeon closing the abdomen is of the SAME specialty and SAME practice as the one who did the original surgery, then you will need a -58 modifier.

Otherwise you are good to go without any modifier.
