Is the Cpt code for TLIF 22630 or 22633? I have been told that it is both and am really confused on the documentation that we have. Please help!!!
 
Hi

To my understanding it's one or the other depending on technique, e.g. (22630) posterior interbody technique only vs (22633) the combined posterior or posterolateral technique.
I can send you additional information I got from Medtronics.
