Can someone please help me with determining what is the correct code for a femoral hemodialysis catheter placement for emergent dialysis. thanks :)
 
36556 non- tunneled or 36558 tunneled over 5years old..76937 if us used and 77001 for fluro. best i can do with out the report.tks:rolleyes:
