Are the bladder measurements required in a Pelvic US report? If so, why is this required?

Example of report - FINDINGS:
The urinary bladder measures: 15.3 x 7.3 x 8.7 cm = 508 ml. No masses
are seen within the urinary bladder which is distended.

In CPT it states elements of the examination included evaluation and measurement (when applicable) of the urinary bladder. So it is not required. They just need to do an evaluation to code 76857.
