I need some assistance with an op report it reads as follows:

ORIF left complex tripod fx with orbital rim fractures X 2 with multiple orbital floor complex fx and reconstruction orbital floor with titanium shield, approximately 2 Synthes compression plates were employed, plus a suspension blepharoplasty left lower eyelid.

I have the blep and the ICD's, but having trouble with the CPT's for the other.. anyone have some experience with these procedures??
