You may not be aware of this but these two codes hit an edit and a modifier to unbundle them is not allowed.

Thank you. I did chk and it shows cant be billed together. However, per provider notes , he did both , so was wondering if there is any other way.

A column 2 edit means that the work of 1 is included in the other (per NCCI).
