Does anyone use or does it exist - a code for "instructional/sizing" of crutches, etc? Thanks!!

you could try 97535- SELF-CARE/HOME MANAGEMENT TRAINING (EG, ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING (ADL) AND COMPENSATORY TRAINING, MEAL PREPARATION, SAFETY PROCEDURES, AND INSTRUCTIONS IN USE OF ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY DEVICES/ADAPTIVE EQUIPMENT) DIRECT ONE-ON-ONE CONTACT BY PROVIDER, EACH 15 MINUTES. I think the red text there would constitute teaching someone how to use crutches, just be careful because this is a timed code so time spent needs to be documented, and based on time reporting guidelines you would need at least 8 minutes for it to be considered billable. Hope this helps! :)
