Previous rectus abdominus muscle flap (Coded 15734) had to be partially re-elevated along with the surrounding tissue and advanced to cover exposed vessels and vascular graft (vascular graft done in past by another surgeon). This was a left lower extremity/thigh/groin wound originally. Recommendations for how to code this? 15734-52 or an advancement flap flap from the 14XXX series for correct size/location?
