As we all know, January 2021 E/M codes 99202-99215 will be revised.
I'm hoping to make this transition as easy as possible for my physicians.
I've been taking webinars/training and utilizing AMA tables for CPT E/M revisions.
But is there examples of documentation with correct assignment of e/m code?
It would be helpful for my physicians to use as reference, to ensure proper documentation per e/m code
I appreciate your feedback
