Is code 96377 the correct code for application of the Repatha Pushtronex System. Chart note states:

Medication: Repatha Pushtronex system 420mg/3.5ml placed on abdomen- right side and infused over 9 minutes.

The medication system used was a sample, so I just need to code for the application of the system.
 
That is technically the correct code to chose. However, CMS shows this procedure code as non covered on the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule. Therefore I would bill using the 96372.
