I would like an opinion on how to code this. Entire procedure was thoroscopic.
wegde #1 done for dx . - not cancer
wedge #2 for dx- it was cancer
a theraputic wedge for additional margins was done
lastly mediastinal nodes were removed and they were cancerous.


I think it should be 32608 for 1st wedge, 32666 for 2nd. 32674 for nodes.
