Wiki coding screening colonoscopy

Had a patient who had a screening colonoscopy g0121/g0105 and they found diverticulosis. Do you code for diverticulosis even though it is a screening or is this an incidental finding and you would code it as just plain screening. People are telling me two different ways to code it, which is right.

The coding guidelines and Medicare guidelines tell us to code the screening first listed as that is what the test was for. The patient was asymptomatic on presentation so therefore the finding is incidental and therfore a secondary dx code.
