Wiki Coding Sedation and other IV's

Good Morning,

When a patient comes into the ED for reduction and they administer IV's for pain control, etc and then the sedation. How would you code the IV's? As a 96374 or 96375?

Per HCC coding

96374 is an initial charge. Push ( if there is no other IV infusion administered.)
96375 is subsequent another drug -Push
