I have a question about coding chronic lymphocytic lymphoma (202.8x) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (204.10). There are times when a patient has lymphoma and developes the leukemic counterpart of the disease. Would it be appropriate to use the above 2 codes to describe both or is there a code for the combination of both?
Thanks for any suggestions.
