I have been taught not to go by Surgery Performed but by the detail of the Procedure. If what is stated in the surgery Performed is not in the detail can this be used? Is there any
publication to use as back for this claim?:eek:confused:
 
I am not sure about a written publication but if it is not in the narrative then how can it be sustained as performed? Since the narrative is the blow by blow so to speak of the entire operation.
