TLH-BSO with bilateral pelvic and periaortic lymph node dissection, lysis of adhesions, & cystoscopy. This was done for endometrial cancer. What do you bill for? I have been using 58571 or 58573 with 38572, occasionally she will spend extra time performing lysis of adhesions due to morbid obesity and I will put modifier 22 on it if she documents the extra effort. Just making sure I am coding to my fullest potential. The cystoscopy is included, correct? Do you ever code for the tap block?
