Wiki coding V58.89- aftercare

We have a pt that came in for aftercare for a recheck of a sprained ankle. the physician chose V58.89 and that was it. Would I need to code the sprained ankle and the E code to go along with the injury or can would we just bill the v58.89 as a sole dx? Please help. THanks!
 
If the ankle was just rechecked without any services being performed and the condition was deemed healed by the provider, I would just code V67.59 for a resolved condition
