I need help coding an intractable wire localization of abdominal mass? The only codes I can find are for breast. Here is a summary of the note:
1: Intractable segmental wire localization of left abdominal mass.
2: Wire localized excision of left abdominal wall mass.
......A 5-cm Kopan's needle was advanced into the mass which is hypoechoic in the left groin and the wire deployed with image confirmation. Incision was made, extending the previous C-section scar, and the wire brought into the wound. A wide excision around the tip of the wire down to the fascia was accomplished and specimen submitted for frozen section showed endometrioma, completely excised.....
