Does anyone code for body mass index in a PCP pratice? Any info on this would be greatly appreciated, Is it during a physical yearly?

I only include BMI codes as back-up information for a weight-related diagnosis like overweight, obesity, morbid obesity, or underweight. My understanding is that they are not usable as stand-alone diagnoses.
