I am trying to get a grasp on coding for Women's issues as I have never coded Gyn before. Please help me with an answer to the following question.
In Mar 2012 patient came in for a WWE and give a dx of LGSIL she is to return in July; on the July visit she has a colpo done with the results being normal. So my question is when she returns in 2 wks for the results what will my dx be then? Path report read normal endocervical.
