I am fairly new at interventional radiology coding and need HELP!!!

DX: Intracranial tumor

Procedure done:
Left common carotid artery angiography
Left external carotid artery cath using roadmap test injection with digital subtracted angio
Superselective cath and angio left superficial temporal artery
Superselective catheterization and angio of left ECA tumor branch feeder #1 with WADA testing and coil embolization
Superselective cath and angio of left ECA tumor branch feeder #2 with WADA testing and coil embolization and post embolization angiography.

I'm sooooo confused on how to code this. I want to code it:

36227 x 3
61624 x 2
75894 x 2
95958 x 2
75898 x 1

I don't believe that this is correct though :confused

I would appreciate any help that anyone can offer on how to code this correctly!!!
