Cold Biopsy Forceps - I want to know

I want to know why we can use 43258 ablation code for EGD's w/polyps removed by “cold biopsy forceps”, but yet for colonoscopies with polyps removed by “cold biopsy forceps” we are to use 45380 instead of 45383 which has the same wording as 43258. Does anyone have an answer for this?
