Hi can anyone tell me what Cpt Code is used for removal ( not biopsy)of poly in stomach k31.7 by cold biopsy forcep. I was using 43239 but I was told that was incorrect
 
I come out with 43270

43270- Esophagogastroduodenoscopy, flexible, transoral; with ablation of tumor(s), polyp(s) or other lesion(s)
